Villa Bella 1 and 2 are located in Quatre Cocos, in the village of Palmar near Trou d’Eau Douce on Mauritius’ East Coast. The area is peaceful and residential, with shops, restaurants and essential amenities around 5–10 minutes away by car.

Residenza Perla Marina is located at 141 Avenue des Mouettes in Flic en Flac on Mauritius’ West Coast. The beach is approximately a five-minute walk away, with shops, restaurants and local services also close by.

Yes. We are happy to share local recommendations for beaches, restaurants and activities, and can assist with arranging airport transfers, car hire and island excursions to help you make the most of your stay.

Yes. All properties include complimentary Wi-Fi and private parking, together with fully equipped kitchens and essential amenities for a comfortable stay.

Villa Bella 1 & 2 have a shared pool. Residenza Perla Marina Ground Floor has a private pool. Residenza Perla Marina Apartment 5 does not have a pool however it has a private sun roof terrace.
